At Perfume World, we are committed to providing authentic, high-quality fragrances. Due to hygiene and product integrity, we maintain a strict return policy.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be 100% unused and unopened
  • Must be in original packaging and same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase is required

Important (Anti-Abuse Policy):
For hygiene and fraud prevention, any opened or used fragrance will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Instead of requiring a return, we offer:

  • 50% discount on a replacement item, and you may keep the damaged product

Refund Process

  • Returns must be sent back within 30 days of delivery
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free (no cost to the customer).

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Items not in original condition
  • Products returned after 30 days
  • Sale or discounted items (final sale, no refunds)

High-Value Orders

For security and fraud prevention:

  • Signature confirmation is required on high-value orders
  • Orders will only be delivered once signed by the recipient
